The Refinery is an eight week programme designed to help you do just that: refine your business strategy, clarify your goals, and take deliberate steps toward sustainable growth.

You’ll work closely with experienced business advisors and peers, refining key areas:

  • Financial management and customer engagement and more

Each week, we’ll help you refine a specific element of your business, from your overall strategy to individual tactics, ensuring that you end the programme with a comprehensive growth plan.

The Process 

The process of refining is about taking what’s already there and improving it, making it clearer, stronger, and more focused. This is what we’ll do together in The Refinery. Over the course of eight weeks, we’ll guide you through a process of strategic refinement. Week by week, you’ll work on key elements of your business, from marketing and sales to customer engagement and legal structure. You’ll refine your business in a way that aligns with your vision and sets you up for success.
